Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
I let my mother-in-law hold my zen media player and when she gave it back, the screen was "frozen" at the main menu screen.I tried to restart the zen but I couldn't turn it off so I decided to let the batteries die. After the batteries died, I plugged it up and turned it back on. It came on successfully but it prompted me to an unfamiliar screen. This screen listed 4 options: Reload firmware, reboot, erase all , and I forgot the 4th option. I didn't know what to do so I took the zen to my computer savvy mother. She told me to reboot. So when I pushed reboot, the screen turned black but it looks like it's still on. My mother told me to turn it off but it won't.Now, I'm basically stuck with a black screen on my zen that appears to be on. What should I do?
I've had the same problem and stuck a paper clip in the little whole at the bottem that says reset. It's working just fine now.
