it is a fiser related error, you need to reset error code servie mode.
* 28* will put you into service mode,
then choose copeir, option, clear, then clear error, highlight that press ok,
then restart machine.

Press */special function, #/ID. It will show "SSW" Select 12. Clear" with left error and press OK. Select "All" with left arrow and press OK. It will say Please Wait. Turn the copier off for five minutes and then power it back on.
Hit * and then # again. Go to the printer reset function. Hit OK. Turn it off again for five minutes and come back to it.
