You might have a problem with one of your componnents on the board. Please check LEDs on your Diagnostic Panel. It might point you to a defective componnet. It should also have LEDs beside componnents on the board. Try to replce defective componnet. Here is a list of defective componnets that would cause the above problem.
1. Power Supply
2. Defective cooling fan
3. Defective CPU
4.Heatsink is not in place
5. System board
6. Broken USB connector

Good luck!

I would check the easy solution first. Servers have redundant power supplies. Make sure that all power supplies power cords are connected to the power outlets. I have seen a similar problem when one of the power supplies was not connected to the AC power source.

ASUS KFN4-D16/SAS doesn't start

Hello, I would start with the power box, check to see if you have the right one, if power box works then the only other thing is the motherboard may need to be replaced. make sure you dont have a screw shorting the motherboad out. it sounds like a short on the motherboard.

The RAID configuration depends upon how many hard drives you have (same size and make) and which RAID level configuration your want ie. RAID 0, ot RAID 5 or a combination of RAID 0 and 1 etc.

Computer will not boot. Beep error code is 2-2-3. Problem? Motherboard is micro star MS-9121 in an ibm intellistation

Hello the download site is here:

http://www.msi.com/product/server/E7505-Master-L-Series.html#/?div=Driver&os=XP%2032

Here you find the manual:

http://www.msi.com/product/server/E7505-Master-L-Series.html#/?div=Manual

Please select your windows system.
And unzip the file before you can use it:

A 1-2-2-3 beep code pattern means that there has been a BIOS ROM checksum error. Literally, this would indicate an issue with the BIOS chip on the motherboard. Since replacing a BIOS chip is often not possible, this Phoenix BIOS issue is usually corrected by replacing the entire motherboard.

More codes here:

Good luck

System not booting, k8n

Have you tried resetting the bios? turn off the computer and remove the power cable connected to the power ATX power supply, look for the "clr_cmos" jumper and change the settings from 1-2 to 2-3 for approx. 10 secs, then return the jumpers to original settings and reconnnect the power cable and turn on the computer. This was the solution when i had the same problem before. Hope this helps you too.

L440Gx server board do not boot

1: Check wether the on/off button on your power supply is turned to on.
2: Check your cables. Try switching with those from other pc's.
3: Check wether all the connections from power supply to the mainboard/ram/video/harddisk are OK.

Hope this helps,
