click start right click on my computer, properties advanced scroll down to system and recovery open settings write and debugging information the drop down button select none
ideally, it should already be the default debugger for your system.
The Dr. Watson debugger program logs all information related to failed processes to the Drwtsn32.log file. In addition to this, the debugger program can be configured to create memory dump files related to the failed processes. You can refer these dump files to analyze the reason behind a process failure.
Perform the following steps to configure Dr. Watson as the default debugger program to record user-mode program errors:

  1. Open Start menu, select Run, type Drwtsn32.exe -I and then press Enter. This command sets Dr. Watson as the default debugger.
  2. Next, run the Drwtsn32.exe command.
  3. In the Dr. Watson for Windows dialog box, select the following check boxes:
    • Append to Existing Log File
    • Visual Notification
    • Create Crash Dump File
  4. Now, when your computer restarts after the STOP 0xC000021A error is generated, run the Dr. Watson command.
  5. Here, view the paths to the Dr. Watson and User.dmp logs.
  6. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to the log files and then open them.
  7. Here, check the cause behind the STOP 0xC000021A error.
also you might download and use this registry cleaner it is totally free to use

hope this helps

Physical memory dumping

this can mean memory failure or just a software issue. try to run a memory test. you can use the diagnostics utility of Dell to check for errors. You may try to turn off the laptop, then hold down the FN key and press the power button to turn it on. Release the buttons, and let the test initiate and it should go through some test which will include memory. if it reports memory errors, you'll need to get a replacement. you may also try to swap with working memory to further test/isolate it. if no errors found, a reinstall of Windows or the application to which the dumping occurs to fix the issue. feel free to rate the usefulness of the info.

Could you please provide me the exact error message?

However to stop the system shutdown first follow these steps.

Disable automatic system restart.

1. Restart the computer and press the f8 key to open the Advanced Boot Options menu.
2. Select the Disable automatic restart on system failure option.
3. Restart the computer to accept this change.
Then go to safe mode

This problem occurs after a memory dump file (error log file) is written by Windows XP. Because the memory dump file flag not reset in Windows XP the memory dump file will contiue to be written every time Windows is restarted.

1. Restart the computer and immediately press f8 repeatedly. Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode and then press enter .
2. Click Start , right-click Computer , and then select Properties .
3. Click Advanced system settings , grant permission to continue if prompted, and then click the Advanced tab.
4. On the Advanced tab, click Settings
  1. In the Virtual Memory section, click Change .
  2. For Paging file size for selected drive, click No Paging File , and then click Set .
  3. Click Yes after the following warning appears:
If the paging file on volume X: has an initial size of less than xx megabytes, then the system may not be able to create a debugging information file if a STOP error occurs. Continue anyway?
(X is the drive letter and xx is the amount of RAM installed on your computer minus 1 megabyte.)
  1. Click System Managed Size .
  2. Click OK four times to return to the Windows Desktop Screen and then restart.
For more information plz check the below doc from HP.
I hope this will definitely resolve your issue.
If not plz get back with the exact error message so I can give you better solution on this.
If you find this helpful then Plz vote for me..Dreamkam

IBM R51 - "Registry Cannot Load"

I had the exact same problem. I basically gave up and decided to reinstall the O.S. But when I did it gave me an option to upgrade rather than install, and I found that all my programs and files were still there after. So you coulkd do that. I found out that some of the O.S. was corrupt via a virus so this was solved also.

IBM Think Pad - ''Registry Cannot Load''

Ok so what you need to do is reinstall the Opertaing System. When system 32 files are missing then the Operating System dosent work. You would need to backup any stuff you need. If you have any other questions or need directions please email me at joegoetz16@gmail.com

Blue screen wont boot from disk

This more often then not a memory problem. Chances are some kind of virus or malware has damaged your memory not allowing it to dump the temp files. You will need to replace one or both of the sticks. The other problem may be a faulty hard drive with a partition error.

Toshiba\corona\start.bg.bmp Not Found.

That is an image file, it may have been moved or deleted, looks like from the file path it's a background image. If you want a quick solution you could just re-install the software. If you're feeling techy go into MS paint (start, programs, accessories, paint) open a new image paint the background black and save it as a .bmp called start.bg then place the file in the Toshiba\corona voila you've replaced the file...
