Its an message of faulty memory, means some components of RAM is working well and some components are not, some instructions you can follow but its not possible to make the RAM work again.
Instructions
1) Clean the RAM and again put that .
2) Check the harddisk data & power cables are correctly inserted.

I would download the free version of memtest (see link) using a friend's computer or a library computer and run it. If there is a memory error, it is much cheaper to have the defective memory replaced than to replace the computer. If that does not help , please refer to the second link , as you may have to uninstall and reinstall Internet explorer. Also you can install Google Chrome or Firefox and use them instead of internet explorer.

Hi,
This error may be of hardware or software... If the hardware in nature then you have to get it serviced.....
But before servicing try out following..... (1) insert your memory card in another cell and check that, that cell can read the your card... If another cellphone read your card means.. your cell's memory slot has malfunctioning.. So get it serviced.....
(2) or you can insert another memory card in your cell.. If this new card is read by your cell that means, your current memory card has been corrupted,... so buy a new memory card.....
(3) If the above both options fails.. then.. There is a also rare possibility of software corruption.... to update your software visit to the given link.... http://www.fixya.com/support/r4622711-updating_sony_ericsson_s_software_free

Try defragmenting your hard drive. Before you do, please make sure to back up your important files just in case. This will not necessarily solve the problem, but it may help.

$Swap you RAM to another slot, move stick one to the second slot and stick 2 to the first slot, They try the same secenairo. If you do NOT get the SAME message, swap it back, see if you get the message. IF SO, ONE of the chips on one of the RAM sticks if bad and you need to replace the one RAM that is bad.
