After we hooke dit back up, when we plugged it back in only the "high temp wash" and "heat dry" lights were flashing. Once we opened hte door, they went out and nothing worked. Any suggestions??

Suggests a power failure. Check loose wiring at the junction box where power supply is connected. Check white and black wire connection to electronic control board. See if flipped switch in fuse box for line to dishwasher.

Just one possiblity. Others include burnt out heating element or bad pump. Time to check warranty for service call.

Check for correct water pressure to the dishwasher. Could be a restriction in the 1/4" water supply line.

I recently bought my son a Frigidaire ffps4533qm. He calls me yesterday saying that it is leaking water all over his floor. It is only a month old...what could be the issue? Also, is there a drip pan on...

Possible the drain hole inside (there for when it defrosts, and if there is one), is clogged. My main fridge just had that leaking issue caused by this. I used turkey baster to purge.

Water does not completely drain after a wash cycle. Everything else seems to work just fine.

Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

After washing, water does not drain at bottom of dishwasher. turned on for a few seconds and off and still will not drain

The filter is probably blocked.

It is inside the base of the machine.

Take out the filter and clean it and also clean out the filter well as that can also hold quite a bit of debris.

Water not draining

You need to access to the drain hose, located under the bottom panel, and check that this is not clogged, if you do not find anything in there, check that the connection to the drain line outside the machine is not clogged.

If still no luck, then check that the drain pump is not faulty, that is possible.

You can find schematics and replacement parts by entering model number here.

The dishwasher does not drain water

I had the same problem after a year of use. All the cycle sounded good except for the drain. I disconnected the drain hose with all turned off and only a small amount of water came out ( the inside pan was full ) I then stuck it to my mouth ( gross ) and nothing but back pressure. Another great heave and POW a wad of grease came out. In short by wife poured some fresh stock down the drain which backed into the drain pipe and cooled. Done.

Dishasher does not drain

If it gravity drains, but the pump does not push out the water.......replace the drain pump. I just repaired an 8-year-old  Frigidaire dishwasher with this very problem, and although it sounded like the pump was operating, it was not....it was just vibrating. I replaced the drain pump and it now works perfectly. I am a service tech with 38 years experience.
