Ibm page printer menu access

Hi, i was given an old but working ibm page printer 3112.
the printer was i used by a large real estate office.
the problem is that the operator panel or menu is locked,
i would very much appreciate any help on the unlocking
of the menu.(what key combination to hold or whatever)
