What amp should i use to push three of these 12w7's

This may too much for a car but if you can have a poweramp to deliver about 250 RMS into 2 ohms it will be good enough.

What is the best enclosure volume for 15" Juggernaut 2000watts rms car subwoofer. i want to know the dimension of the box along with ports size.

Subwoofers differ in only one way. You get an "Open Air" and a "Closed air" subwoofer, That being said, you'll have to check on your magnet which one you have to make the boxes for that sub. If it is an "Open air" Subwoofer, you should see a "wire mesh" or "grid" in the centre, at the back of the magnet. If it is a "Closed air", the magnet will be solid with no hole whatsoever.

If it is a "Open air" sub, your boxes should be sealed with silicone, and no ports are to be cut in your box.

With "Closed air" subs, you should have 2 ports below your sub and the port sizes should be around 50mm in diameter. You should start with a 100mm long piece in the one box and add 50mm increments to "tune" the port up to 250mm, depending on the frequency of bass you require.

On a 15 inch subwoofer ranging between 80Hz and 120Hz, the box size required should be around 27 liters, meaning that you will end up with a box of 16 inches high, x 16 inches wide, x 16 inches deep. Or 320mm high, x 320mm wide, x 320mm deep.
Enjoy!

Specs for Ported Box for 2 12" MA AUDIO HK12X2 Subs

Hello joseph_delac,

MA Audio's website has the recommended box volume and port size online here. A ported enclosure needs 3.0 CuFt of internal volume and the port should be 48 sq/in and 14.5" in length. A 4X12" rectangular port would give you the recommended 48 sq/in. Using 3/4" MDF, a box 16X18X25 has an internal volume of 3.25 CuFt allowing .25 CuFt for the sub and port displacement.

Hope this helps.

Best audio for my new car

In all honesty the best thing is to go to your local stereo store and ask them. They get paid for helping people out. Take your car down and get a sales person to have a quick look over your car. He can then tell you whether you need 7x10's or 6x9's for rear fill. What type of AMP you need, what kind of wiring what kind of head unit. Ask as many questions as you can.

    Optimum Vented Box: 4.5 Cu/Ft
    Round Port Diameter: (3) 4"
    Square Port Area: 37 Sq/In
    Port Length: 17"
Optimum Sealed Box: 1.75 - 2.5 Cu/Ft these are your options as you can see if your short on space your sub will love a 1.75 to 2.5 sealed box but if you have THE right ported box you will get better bass with less power but at the end of the day that sub will Pump wish i had one good luck hope this helps you info from manufacture cheers bronson

    6oow 12in. subwoofer

look to see if somthin got in there and if not if the subwoofer is ok you might have to much of a high signal going in to the sub. Sub are only reted for low Hz and not High Hz and if you get a high in to the sub the cole cant moves fast to me the high Hz that is getting.
The best way to fix that is with a crossover and make shour that you crossove is for lowbuypass only.
