Etx-105ec + autostar

I have a problem with my etx.
The motor for the vertical drive is working properly but the horizontal motor is not working with autostar warning of a motor failure.
I am away in Spain on holiday from the UK and am desperate to resume autostar activities
Can you help or do I need to wait until I am back in the UK in July.
