you can find the drivers for Philips products by going to this link:

Philips Contact & Support
(many manufacturers list software and drivers in their support section)

choose your country & language. on the next page, type in the model of your product then click on the model for the country where you bought the product (if you are given a choice).

once you get to the page with information about your product, click on the 'Software and drivers' link in the left hand menu.

be sure you pick the right driver for your country, language and operating system.

I'm guessing your using Windows Vista and there are no drivers for the Windows Vista that Philips plans too create.

Try uninstalling the software and removing the camera from the usb port. Reinstall the software and reconnect the cam in a different usb port. If still not working try in a different pc to make sure the camera does not have a fault. If it works in another pc then the camera is not compatable as can happen on some pc's and you will have to try a different make of camera.
