Technika 22-700 standby light flashing

How many times this standby/power light blinks at one time switch ON? Count it carefully. These blinks are fault indication, and known as blinking codes. The item is a technika cr-109ip ipod docking station and clock radio but it has not come with and instruction manual and we cannot figure out how to change the time, the alarm time can change but not the...

1)touch and hold both the M and E touch pads for at least 1 second to enter clock setting mode- the hour digits will now flash
2)set/change the hour by touching either of the the arrow touch pads on the top panel to increase or decrease the hour digit
3)when the hour is set correctly touch the E touch pad to confirm
4)the minute digit will now flash. Set the minutes by touching either arrow touch pad on the top panel to increase or decrease the minutes
5) when the minutes are set correctly touch the E touch pad to confirm
the clock is now set

I need to change the timing belt. What else should I replace at the same time? It has 111,000 Miles on it. Honda CR-v 1998.

if want to change timing belt it good to add water pump and belt tentioners.

I am connecting a Technika 1031 to a LG 19LS4D using a good quality scart. I get sound but no picture. Connecting via the Y, Pb/Cb and Pr/Cr ports does nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Make sure that the proper input is selected on the TV. Also, check to be sure that the correct output is activated on the DVD. I'm not familiar with the Technika brand so verify the output selection in the owner's manual.
If those selections are correct, try connecting to the standard AV input using the Red/White/Yel cable connection.
