I had this problem and only thing that worked was turning the tv off while programing was in progress approx. 30mins and back on again and it is fine untill the set is unplugged again and then the process must be repeated.

Even better solution for this issue, go to the tv main menu, press 1370. This should bring you to a blue screen hidden menu, select guide plus option and turn it off. No more guide plus no more problem :)

Hi,

could just be a convergence issue. there should be an auto-convergence feature in the menu. outside of that, you'll have to manually converge the colors seperately (also a feature in the menu).

i would think it is going to be the main fuse, open the back of the tv, you will see where the power cord is connected to the board, there will be a glass fuse next to it, you will be able to see if it is bad,----make sure you unplug the tv befor you mess with it

Have a problem with mits. vs-55601

The cancel button on the Base unit doesn't seem to work for this, you have to use the "Cancel" Button on the remote. Once you hit "Cancel" on the remote, the scan should exit, and then the buttons on the base unit should work again (barring any other issues). You should also be able to allow the scan to finish (takes a while especially if no signal on the channels), and when it's done it will exit. Hope that helps. Buzz
