Question about Insignia Pilot MP3 Player
I'm loading from windows media player 11
using the sync tab and these are all cd's i've ripped from my collection to my computer i update the album info before I rip ut when I go to sync it to the media player It never seems to load the album art. the ripped music files are not moved from the library
You have to use a media organizer like Media Monkey to embed the album art into every song. The player will play, at least what I've noticed, the first album art added to each. So add the front cover first.

I not entirely 100% sure, but the album art is only supported with WMA, as the album art image is embedded inside of the wma files themselves and not stored separately on the mp3 player.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
