Most manufactures have web sights. I would call them and request the web sight to register your product. also you can look through your warranty paperwork a lot of times the reregistration web sight will be listed somewhere on it.

I have the right circuit breaker in the hvac tempstar unit i cant remember which wires to re connect 2 black and 2 red

Connect to what the breaker or unit? If you switched the breaker and pulled 4 wires from a 2 pole breaker then logically the two blacks go together on line 1 and two reds go together on line 2. This is according to the color code.

Compressor oil everywhere

Your A/C unit should be hermetically sealed and there should be no oil coming out. If there is a leak in your unit then the first thing you will notice is a hissing sound followed be a foam of oil coming out where that leak may be. The solution is to first find the leak and seal it, usually be soldering it with high temperture solder (Silver/Bronze) with a tourch that will go to at least 1000 degrees. Once it is sealed you will need to go to the production line coming ont of the compressor and open it up, usually be breaking it and then soldering on a copper line and then attaching a valve to the end of it. Once this is done you will need to have a vaccuum pump connected to the production line and draw a vaccuum as close to 30 degrees down. Once this is done you must let it sit for at least a half hour to make sure everything holds at the vaccuum level. If this works then you need to fill the unit with the appropert refridgerant and cappella oil if necessary and pinch off the production line and braze the end. Check for leaks and if none then your good to go.
Good luck,
Marty

Why does the vent line fill with condensation and not drain

If the drain line from the furnace is plugged up then the water will back up in the vent line. The primary venting is suppose to have a drain outlet if it is discharged from the side or 90 deg up from the draft inducer blower. This is sometimes provided with a small drain tube and fitting at the 90 deg fitting depending on the model. The drain is suppose to go to the primary collection point where the drain is tied in with the primary condensate drain line. The plastic heat exchanger cover has a number of drain ports to accommodate any configuration or installation, this means that the drain lines need to be connected according to the application being used.
Note: Have found that in colder climates where the small venting hoses used fron the safety switches can trap water if not strapped up or sloped toward the primary collection point.

The furnace ran out of propane. Filled tank and now it tries to start up for a few seconds then the green light blinks 3 times which, according to the guide, says the centrifugal switch did not close.

turn the breaker off to the furnace or the switch next to furnace and turn it back on or you have to purge the line crack the line right where it ties to the gas valve or the furnace then turn the switch off and back on

Your best bet here is to contact Hussmann and give them the model number and ask for that information. According to the info I found it was manufactured in 1998 or so.
