Clean any hair / lint / fluff off the sides of the wheels / axles. Give them a spray with a silicone lube. That should do it. If the wheels have gone flat on one side due to being dragged around the floor, you could try a hardware store to see if they can match up replacement wheels. Or try Rubbermaid direct ??

There are no instructions available on their website when I click on the link. I'd either call rubbermaid in this case, or replace the can (new one is $12.99 at walmart).

Hi, I would use 3/4" plywood and build a Horseshoe type structure at the desired height then place it on a lower shelf, place another shelf on top of it.

I found the instructions you're looking for on the Rubbermaid website but they are elusive to say the least. The list does not show your product # as the model # varies with each kit.

Here's the link to the assembly instructions page. It will not let me link to the document directly, clicking automatically launches the pdf so go down about 3/4 of the page and under the Homefree Closet series heading, select your size, 3x6, 4x8 or 6x10 and click the link. It will ask to you to open or save the pdf file. These are the same instructions packaged with almost every kit and are not model # exclusive.

My copy is "Vertical Storage Shed Assembly Instructions #3746"

Got to Rubbermaid's replacement part link below and fill out the form. Let them know that you need to replace an HIP-046H latch.
