WE WERE WATCHING AND SCREEN WENT BLACK -
GREEN INDICATOR LIGHT TURNS ON BUT THERE IS NOTHING.
NOT SURE IF IT'S DEAD FOREVER OR REPAIRABLE.

My 42HP66 plasma flat screen's Green "power" light comes on however, just a black screen with no video or sound. The TV used to have a "Thank You for Your Patience" notice that appeared on power up but, that does not even show up anymore.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
