SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It would be just below the view lens (From where you see the object)

It would be a button with red mark on it.

Transfering video ... but no audio is coming

normally, cameras send audio separately on a different cord. if it does have a separate audio cord, this will likely be plugged in to the blue input on the audio card of the computer.

I have a sony digital video 700x and want to upload pictures i've taken with it onto the computer and don't know how to do it

Hello! http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-documents.pl?mdl=DCRTR7000&LOC=3
That is where the user's manual is on the Sony website. There are several ways to upload pix from your cam. What EXACT model do you have? I have a 700x but the actual model is a DCR-TRV530. It's on the serial number plate on the bottom of the cam. The easiest way to do it is to simply buy the optional USB cable for your camera. I bought ALL my cables from EBAY(S-video, USB, DV, composite video) and saved a bundle. Whatever you have, make sure the drivers for your particular model have been loaded onto your system. If you don't have the CD which came with your cam, you can get the drivers from the Sony website also! If you use the USB cable, the cam will simply appear as a removable drive. You'd just double-click on it and go into the directory which has all your pix. Either that way or, like I can, remove the memory stick and just plug it in to my pc.--Lemme know if you need more help!---Rick

HOW DO I SET DATE & TIME-ALSO GO FROM SP TO SLP

There is a built-in rechargeable battery in the camera and after approx 3 months it will be completely discharged if the camcorder is not used. To recharge: Connect camcorder to wall outlet using the supplied AC Adapter with the power switch turned OFF for more than 24 hours. (To keep the internal batter charged, try to plug the camera in every couple of months or attach a fully charged external battery for at least 24hrs). To set the clock: Set the power switch to CAMERA and then press MENU. Turn the dial to select CLOCK SET, scroll to the toolbox looking icon -it may say DEMO MODE next to it. Then press the dial. Turn the dial to select the desired year, month, day and then pressing the dial to set each as you go. For the tape speed go to Menu settings scroll to find Tape settings (TAPE SET), select REC MODE and from there you can change the tape speed from SP to LP. Hope this helps. I have the Sony Digital 8 Handycam DCR-TRV250 I purchased about 3 or 4 years ago (700x digital zoom etc).

Viewing Tape recorded from a different camcorder

If you want to record your video tapes on to DVD's using your computer you will need to install on to the computer a video and audio capture card that is compatible to the player that you are going to use for the source. Along with that you will need to install the necessary software that comes with the capture card set, and also you will need the matched interface cables. The computer will also need a large enough hard disk to hold the video information.

You need a player that is compatible to read the old tapes. You can feed the player to a video capture card on your computer. You can then record the video programs on to your computer. After they are recorded, you can start buring DVD's.

There are also professional services that will transfer video tapes to DVD's. They will have much better quality equipment than what you could afford for home use, and you will save a lot of time, energy, and cost compared to doing this yourself, unless you are determined to do it and don't care about the time and cost.

Sony 700x digital handycam

error 31 is some kind of a problem with the cassette compartment, it's either won't eject it right now, or it's stuck otherwise. try to eject, if doesn't work, try "reset" button, if still no luck, replace the cassette compartment
