Question about Philips 42PF9630A 42 in. Plasma Television
...and loss of electricity...all black screen with some tiny red dots...sound is fine...hooked up to cable box...all connections appear to be okay...could a power surge have blown the tv? thanks...
The set has sound and no picture. If you the SSB could be the issue but the tiny red dots on a black screen will need the panle replaced also. There is a way troble shooting can be done to determine if you will need the SSB or the SSB and the panel.
