If the vacuum is old, the intake path from the hose to the dirt receptacle may be plugged from years of dust, dirt and grime. This happened to one of our vacuums, and I had to take off the bottom guard, the belt and the sweeper bar to access the intake, and it took me about an hour to get it unplugged.
If this is a new machine, the hose may not be properly connected when you are using the crevice device. Check the manual for proper installation.
see the causes and fix it. God bless you stopped
spraying. If the spray function has quit working on the carpet cleaner,
check to make sure there is a full tank of water. If the water level is
adequate, check the position of the gasket on the bottom of the water
tank assembly. The gasket can become lodged, damaged, or removed. If
this has happened, fix the gasket to the proper position according to
the user manual, or replace the damaged or missing gasket.

Change the belt on steam cleaner that has
inoperable brushes. From time to time, belts on carpet steam cleaners
become worn, and you must replace them. If the brushes on your unit have
stop moving or do not turn on, you may have a damaged belt.
Replace a belt at home easily with little expense. Refer to your
user's manual for replacement instructions and the part number for
purchasing the belt. Remove and replace the belt according to the model
of steam cleaner you own. Purchase a new belt at home
improvement stores or directly from
if the touchscreen doesn't work at all, and you can't align or calibrate it, or it presses on wrong spots even after calibrating many times, digitizer(which is the touch part on top of the lcd display) is most likely broken and would need to be replaced. On rare cases reattaching digitizer cable and making sure that the digitizer is clean and intact and properly on its position may solve the issue.
If you are inside warranty the repair may be completely free, contact your dealer or palm.
Outside of warranty, you have 3 options.
Replace digitizer yourself, you can find a replacement from ebay.
Send it to palm for out of warranty repairs, probably around 100usd.
Take it to a local professional who can replace digitizer for you.
Note: In some phones the digitizer may be connected into the lcd in away that it can't be easily replaced. In these cases You will have to replace the whole screen. if the touch is non responsive after the replacement, the issue could be with the connector or then you have a faulty main board Thanks, let me know if you have any questions and good luck. The early hose on these was prone to tearing. If you are careful you can shorten it once. Beyond that it will become too short to use on the vac properly. This hose was copied from the original Black and Decker hose and power head kit and was likely upgraded by a flex vinyl molded hose which should be more resistant to tearing. Some vac shops carry hose "refills" and a Samsung dealer may have one in stock even if the hose was discontinued. The vac is good quality in its general design and worth fixing although the original diameter of this hose may be tough to match
