White lines when printing

Open the front door
On the right side you will notice a handle that you can pull OUTWARDS
On the Outside Right half way down towards the back you will see a removable plastic plate - remove it
Behind plastic plate is a handle, pull it in and out several times. This will wipe any toner off the laser glass

Chances are the white band will now have gone.

white lines means no ink was put on paper. O.k lets go step by step with elimination

1. If the line is stationary then,
---is your PCU o.k and without any discolouration, especially on the side corresponding to the white line
---Is some object (clips,staples paper) blocking the laser beem passage to the PCU.

have u tried cleaning the Laser shield glass.

If u have been cleaning the PCU alot. give it a rest it is not the problem.

check you teflon paper, any marks or scratches corresponding to the said point.
confirm whether the lines are stationary or migratory
