Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console

None when i turn it on it makes me reset the settings, and then it does the system shutdown and when it turns back on it makes me reset the settings again

I would try a new battery. or a friends battery, sounds like the issue may be your battery not your ds

Follow the procedure below to fix the problem on your ps3,

1. Turn off Playstation®3.
2. Hold the power button down; the system will turn on and turn off once again.
3. Once the System has been shutdown, re-press you finger until you hear 2 consecutive beeps
4. When you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button.
5. You will be prompted to plug in your controller via USB and then hit the PS button
6. The Recovery menu will pop up.

No video output


If you are hooking up to a tv via HDMI you must first set the settings for it. With an AV cable connected select settings then select display settings. Select the appropriate cable which you will be using. However if you had changed this previously and are now changing it you need to reset the video output mode to default which is the AV cable (red, white, yellow). To do this turn the system off so that the power button is red, then hold that button for aprox 10 seconds, it will beep twice then shutdown. Then just turn the system back on.

have you checked in the MENU/settings/audio? Maybe it is set to SILENT or VIBRATE?
