Question about Sony KP-51HW40 51" Rear Projection Television
All tested good(7 of them)Any other reason this would be happening?
Check by your hori out put transistor thier is a small blue capacitor 1200pf 2k volt it feeds off the collector of your output they sometimes burn up also check around your convergence ics STK-392-150s ,check pico fuses.

It could possibly be one of the regulators in the stand by circuits especially if the power light is not lit up. I would check the stan dy voltages and see if they are present. If you dont have the service manual you can get one emailed to you at the following link, and they provide free tech support to help you diagnose the problem when you purchase one of their manuals.
