Phone problem

-   yes i can not get mine to call me either. i entered the phone number i chose the voice option and tested communication where it say "communication OK" i tried to trigger it using a duress alarm and a regular door open alarm, it never calls me on my cell. what am i missing?-   george916

-   I have a Simon 3 alarm system. I have 4 window/door sensors. I programmed my cell phone's 7 digit telephone # into the system and it worked beautifully for a couple of months and now nothing that I do makes it work again. I deleted the tel. # and then re-entered it. Telephone lines were placed direct from the control unit to the wall outlet. Cell phone charged up. Nothing helps. Pretty frustrated at this point.
