Hello -

I have the above digicam - i lost the brochure. I'm unable to record at all - no image is showing up on the lcd screen. It records but you can't see anything on the monitor or the viewfinder while recording - it's just a blank screen. what could be the problem?

- Not recording with picture only audio...and can playback old tapes too. Fine one day...not the next?- kerry girl

- Same here, was working when I last used it. Put it safely aside from some days, and now no display in the view finder. I can playback old recorded content. Not able to record any new content.

The camera does not display any diagnosis codes too.

Not sure how this could happen? Guess I am not the only one with this problem :(.

- Not getting any picture at all on screen when recording but get audio. Was working fine when put it away and now not working. Can view old tapes no problem on it but unable to get new things recorded.- momoffourdsl

ack, I have the same problem. It worked when I put it away, it's been dry, unjostled and clean...what caused this?
