How do you apply attatchment for upholstery cleaner (by 2 users)

I cant seem to get the upholstery attatchment to go on propery

I have the same problem.

Hi, I have an older model steam vac, and we are trying to hook up the upholstry attachment to it. I am not sure if we have all the correct parts for it, cause its been a long time since that part was used. I need help hooking it up. Thanks

If can only go on one way so it will lock. If it doesn't, then something is broken either the attachment or the hose end where it hooks to.
