How can I get rid of this problem? That keep pop up on my computer.

Your question is difficult to understand. You might want to download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware update it and run it if you are receiving random pop up boxes.

Computer Desktop screen shrunk

1) First try to go into the control panel under display and try a different resolution. Or try to adjust the display on the actual monitor. If this does not help try Starting the Last Know Good Configuration.

2) The Last Known Good Configuration feature is a recovery option that you can use to start your computer by using the most recent settings that worked. The Last Known Good Configuration feature restores registry information and driver settings that were in effect the last time the computer started successfully. Use the Last Known Good Configuration feature when you cannot start Windows XP after you make a change to your computer, or when you suspect that a change that you just made may cause a problem.

How to start your computer by using the Last Known Good Configuration feature loadTOCNode(2, 'moreinformation'); To start your computer by using the Last Known Good Configuration feature, follow these steps:
  1. Start your computer.
  2. When you see the "Please select the operating system to start" message, press the F8 key.
  3. When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, use the ARROW keys to select Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked), and then press ENTER.
  4. If you are running other operating systems on your computer, use the ARROW keys to select Microsoft Windows XP, and then press ENTER.

My computer wont boot anymore

Try going into safe mode by hitting F8 upon startup. If it lets you get into safe mode then choose "Last Known Good Configuration" on the menu. If that does not work then let me know, there are a couple of other choices.

Card reader can't read 4GB SD card, smaller one's (2GB)he can read

Your card reader probably cant read HC cards. Any of the newer cards 4GB and above is considered HC: High Capacity and only the newer card readers can read that. Same thing goes with older cameras. 2GB would be the max for older cameras that dont support HC and card readers that dont support it.

The labtop doesnt work i dont know why when it starts it's showing me the blue screen then keep restrating.

what is the error message when you get the blue screen... you may also try tapping the f8 key as it boots and in that menu boot to safe mode.... if that works fine try booting the computer again... if it does not boot again and tap f8 again.... the boot to last known good configuration.

that's a start.

Problem in hard disks

You cannot repair the hard disk. But if the data on the disk is very very important, you try to recover the data from the hard disk, this recovery is not hundred percent.

System backup

Essentially the same.
A good backup is a copy of any data you wouldnt want to lose in the event of hard drive failure, theft, fire, etc. A copy of your important data on another medium such as external hard drive, flash drive, cd, dvd, network drive.

I dont consider a floppy a reliable medium, dont use those.
A copy of your data to another partition on the same physical hard drive is NOT really a true backup.

The best is to back up (copy) your important data to a reliable and known good medium and store it in a different location than your original data. Different location meaning, not in your house, but in someone else's house.

Back up today what you dont want to lose if your hard drive goes up in smoke tomorrow. Simple as that.
