I had a F-11 fault which then led onto a F-05 fault, I have cleared the blockage under the plastic ball - £1.85 and a house key!! - but the F-05 fault still happens when I run a wash program. How do I get to the pump (where abouts is it !!) to rectify the problem, your help would be greatfully appreciated as "her indoors" is giving me serious earache. Many thanks in anticipation

This machine calls this error number for most faults. So first let us know what stage it stops at. The most common fault is blockage in the pump. Remove the power plug, disconnect the 2 water hoses and tilt the machine onto its front. It is simple to remove and replace. Disconnect the 2 sockets from the pump The pump is held in position by a latch on the left hand side. Depress the latch and twist the pump anti clockwise. Clean out , add a smear of vaseline to the rubber ring. Reassemble in reverse
The "F35" error code is indicating a problem with the water level pressure switch operation (key#20). There could be a blockage in the air dome or pressure switch hose (key#21). The air dome is located on the back of the tub on the left hand side. (See image below) If the pressure switch hose and the air dome is clear of any blockages the likely failure is the water level pressure switch (key#20).
Error code F04 indicates pressure switch jammed on empty.
Remove the lower rear panel of washer.
Remove the large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean the plastic filter inside hose.
Remove the hose onto the pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here.
This should clear the fault

This might be Lid cover open protection. There is a small magnet at the edge of the lid cover, housed in some sort of a catch.
If the plastic housing cracked, the magnet might have dropped into the washing drum. To overcome this, place a magnet on the position where the plastic catch will contact the washer when the lid is close.
may be a blockage in the sump hose or pump feed hose or the pump itself may be faulty. the dial will click round to tell you there is a fault. to reset turn the dial onto every DOT and turn on for 10 secs then off and onto the next dot it will flash for a couple of seconds to confirm.
first remove the soap drawer, this should expose locating holes for screws, remove these first, then remove the screws from on top of the plastic front panel and then the plastic front panel tilts forward to remove, taking extra care with wires etc
the soap drawer is now loose still attached to the rubber pipe, which is now easy to get to for inspection, or removal to clear it out.
first of all just check that the machine drum is not filling up totally so it is overflowing back out of the soap drawer, if so that is a different fault entirely and does not need taking to bits the same
