My printer will not print

My printer will not print in any color. The nozzle check pattern does not run black and the other colors are distorted. I have cleaned print nozzles several time but it doesn't help. Suggestions please

The printer head might be the problem, if you print a test page what do you get?

Easyest solution would be to call your dealer check about warranty while your at it.

I think Printer head maust be cleaned

- The ink cartridges will dry out if u don't use it regularly..so keep using the printer at least once or twice in 2 weeks or so..by doing so u can prevent the ink cartridge from drying out..
