Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
A friend built my computer for me and installed Windows XP. It was working fine and one day, it said "operating system not found? The information for the Intel Motherboard comes up on the monitor? I have tried reinstalling Windows XP with no success. Is it the motherboard or hard drive or something else?
Try checking the boot sequence of your computer. Turn on the computer and press Del or F1 before the POST. You will see there an option for Boot Sequence. Make sure that the 1st Boot is set to your hard disk.
