-   Also had the exact same problem on a 2003 model. Got the board out and resoldered the relay (was darkened and disconnected) problem solved.
Jaredwood - for me the trouble spot was obvious once the bottom of the PCB was visible. Maybe your machine has something else, of course since it's been 4 months you've hopefully got it sorted already. Thanks iascott -   Guest

-   I did have exactly the same problem but thanks a million iascott. I'm far from an expert on this sort of stuff but once I managed to get the board out there the relay had darkened pin and clearly no connection visible - soldered it up, and after another half an hour trying to put all the machine together, hey presto the machine now works again. Fantastic stuff - cheers all! -   SGB_UK

-   I have the same problem and have removed the PCB but it is not clear what component is the heater relay. There is some slight darkening to the control unit in one corner under a coil like component. There is also some evidence of overheating on a small turquoise 2 pin component. Is the heater relay a black box marked js1-b-12v-h111 and as1311f mo1. Is it known for the relay itself to pack up? -   jaredwood
