Just purchased a Samsung YP-T10

Just purchased a Samsung YP-T10 mp3 player and my computer will not recognise the USB connection despite installing a number of times the installation CD. Keeps telling me it is an unrecognised device.

I have the same problem.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
