my friend computer saidit act like it wants to boot up and then quit and reboots again and quits

WizDear Customer,
if your HDD haven't any important data than jsut install new windows xp than after formating & instaliiing you can get all your data get back from softwares named like easy data recovery,
or you can remove your HDD than installed in other system
& check fro virus with good antivirus having regular updation,
definatly you will got your solution during this 1,
