u r 1 st time using windows vista. it is dificult for first time...
ok hear is the way by which u can creat a new forlder on desktop.
1 go to u r computer desktop screen.
2.right click u r mouse button
3.select new..and u will see a folder option, left mouse click on it.

u will get a new folder on u r desktop..
