I purchased your Insignia Pilot 4GB for a Christmas present on line with Best Buy. A few weeks after Christmas I noticed that half of the back screen was cracked. Best Buyreplaced it on 1/17/08. About a few weeks after that the same thing happened again. I looked at it and saw the back screen was cracked again. My son did not want to replace it because he had a lot of songs son it and it was still working.
Now when he turns it on a message displays and when he trays to access the library a message displays but we can't read the message because the back screen is cracked. I did purchase a replacement plan with it but they want assist me because of the back screen. They are saying because I can not tell them what the message is they can not replace it. I went back to Best Buy and they are saying the same thing and told me to contact you for assistant.
I paid a lot of money for this device, even though my son has an IPOD that is still working perfectly fine. For whatever reason he wants this device. So, I got it because it had features the IPOD doesn't have (Blue tooth and FM radio). For some reason this device back screen keeps cracking. I would like to know what can you do to help me?
