Line across the top of the screen (by 4 users)

there is about a two inch thick greenish colored line going across the top of the screen of our 55 grand wega it is not even two years old yet.

My parents have the same problem with their Sony Wega. They have only had it for about 18 months. Not sure where to go with this issue either.
