i have been embroiderin all was fine. i turn the machine off for the nite. turn on this am, and the message embroidery carriage will move, keeps poppin up. when i push okay button, jus goes back to same message. the embroidery arm s not movin like it should. o goodness what have i done? please help!!!! :)

Turn off the machine, remove the carriage, check that nothing is hitting against the arm and try again.
