Question about Samsung Digimax 530 Digital Camera
I JUST bought a new Sony 530, and the first time I turned it on, it was black.. the screen that is.
I tried changing the batteries replacing the memory card, but still no screen!! should I bring it back in? or is this fixable from home?
It is best to get it replaced under warranty. This is most likely a CCD issue or connector ribbon fault. I would not advise opening the camera even if the warranty had run out.
However, since it is under warranty, better get it replaced.
PS Dont forget a fixya rating!
