- The one you have sent me is the wrong one and was unable to load it. My cam is a creative video blaster Model pdoo4o, seial number KG476779..It was working fine begore, left it pulled out for a few days then was not connecting. When i click on webcam on yahoo it says unable to connect ,try reinstalling. Kdu_V32R.dll thanks for trying i still need help!May 21, 2008

- Oh dear,still got problems, i have done all that you said on here to to as far as clean boot, but when i go to put on normal the other things under it go off,all other ones are put back cant click or tick on the page under normal it goes to the bottom one then all light up. - ok have got the cam working it shows me my picture,then it loads up Adobe PHotoshop starter edition, then shows the pic it took so i close it, then nothing, would it have anything to do with that, still not connecting to yahoo. OH boy i just dont know.Still does not connect when i go to test it with internet explorer,as you most likely know yahoo and int,exp work together.May 22, 2008

Download the driver from HERE or HERE and reinstall. That should solve the problem.

And please dont assign an inappropriate rating. That is only reserved for 'solutions' that are totally irrelevant to the question. That is for like, if customer asks what is an apple, the expert gives an answer describing a banana..hope you know what I mean..:)
To be honest, I am not sure where the .dll file should be located. Some .dll files are software specific (meant for only that particular software) and some are system specific (meant for general use with the system). If you do asearch on your PC for *.dll, you'll know what I mean.
Generally, when you install the driver, it automatically install the software dll's.
Try installing the webcam driver first. Try a clean boot as explained here. (This is if you hav XP. If you have Vista, then please reply back, as it is a bit more complicated, and the driver is fro XP..
