Creative Inspire 5.1 5200 Remote Wiring

posted by glopher on May 18, 2008

Hi

I'm fixing a friend's Inspire 5200 speaker system. After some inspection, I found that the problem is in the remote control.

Once opened up, you can see there are 8 coloured wires coming from the amp to the remote unit. These wires are not soldered and as a result have all come loose. I don't know where to put what wire and even after carefully redrawing the circuit, I can only figure out where the earth-wire goes, thats all.

Can someone tell me where the wires should connect to. It's so simple. Eight connectors and eight wires. If you have one of these, please just open the remote up and give me the right sequence.

Thank you so much.
