Alps pointer device driver (by 3 users)

I have many problems with my laptop mouse. I can't type without the mouse jumping around. It just goes crazy. I am tired of it. I looked at the problem devices and there is many logs of the mouse driver failing. I have contacted HP and they have no solution. When the computer was less than 15 days old, I took it back to best buy to return it. They told me they would charge me 15% for the return unless they could find a problem with my laptop. The nerd squad checked out the computer and they found no errors. Thinking the computer is fine, I took the laptop home. It still has the same problems. I cant stand using it. The computer is 4 months old and I have do not use it any longer. I am looking at Costco for another one.
I am thinking about fileing a complaint with the BBB. What can you do? I feel cheated and will never buy anything at best buy. I have a business of my own, and I let people know of my experience.
