my Acer Aspire 5630 is having problem..when i start, the Windows Error Recovery is showing...i tried to open the windows using all the 5 options but it failed to start the computer...the system is hang...what shall i do?

my acer 5630 cant setup the desktop background it always appear the blank color,.do you have any idea guys need some help

GuruThis could be an issue with your OS, you will probably need to boot from windows cd or start in safe mode.
