IT KEEPS TELLING ME TO DOWNLOAD ACTIVE X AND I KNOW IT IS ALREADY ON THERE ??? ALSO CANT SEEM TO TYPE THE RIGHT PRODUCT NUMBER AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO DO SO

I use windows vista and it says not to download active x media player but it keeps telling me to do it and won't let me do some of the things on websites. Also I have typed in my product number 5 times and it keeps telling me it is incorect. Where do I find a number they like?????

you need to fin active x for vista the most active x are for xp try to find the right active x on web.
