Power locked

My Hannspree 37 LCD tv will not turn off . I get a message that the power is locked. How do I fix this?

ApprenticeTo enable/disable the power lock, press the "Menu" and "Volume +" buttons together and hold, this should change to "unlocked". Also, there is an OSD menu lock as well that uses the "Vol -" and "Vol +" keys together.
