Question about Garmin Forerunner 305 GPS Receiver
I have the same problem as one of the other post on the 15th of May 2008 I couldn't get the Garmin 305 Forerunner to turn on. Tehn following your instructions FIXYA I sorted that, but now I can't transfer the info to my computer. It says "an error has occured..."
For Pc users:
Go to Garmin website Updates & Downloads, Training Centre for Windows software version 3.4.1, click on download.
I previously deleted all saved couses on Training Centre, but don't know if this is relevant.

Mine won't download workout to computer for a while now. It comes up with a bunch of gibberish and asks you to copy the error to clip board and e-mail it to tech support. Well I did that twice and never heard back. I also called twice but the reponse time is very slow - over 15 minutes. When I finally got someone they said they would have to transfer me to someone who handles software issues and it would be another 20 minute wait. Geezzz. Can anybody help? Even when I reinstalled I still got the error. I am using Windows XP. JB
