I am trying to scan, write a message and send a
photo thru my hp printer and I keep getting an
error message Ox800ccc79 from a help@carsoup.com
that didn't go thru and I don't know how to get
rid of it. any help would be appreciated.

may be any small scaner problem. pls contact the shop from where u buy the printer.
or go to www.hp.com
and try online chat.the technikal expets r there 24/7..
but remember them tell them to that u r from u.s and u r name is john.
