The program acts as if all is okay, but never starts the burning process

The program works fine in all instances until it gets to the last screen to burn it on a DVD. I have let it sit there for over 24 hours and it never starts the burning process. What am I doing wrong?

i have the same problem. All the video files are ready to be burned and when i get to the Burn part, nothing happens...Writing in Progress for a looong time but the creating and organizing folders bar never moves past 0% and the same goes with the burning progress.

I'm having exactly the same problem. This program was part of the whole package when I bought my computer four years ago, so I just assumed it was the cheapest thing available. I just used it for the first time over the weekend and was able to successfully create two DVD's, then...nothing. As the above poster says, it never starts the burning process.

This one pop-ed up a window that stated "vertural memory full" during the burning process and everything was lost. Not happy with the hours spent putting it together and then nothing. Start over from scratch just to have it lock up??? sorry program that came with JVC.

Make sure you are not running other processes that take up memory space, specially Anti virus programs.

Error . Cannot continue with the burning process, because no burning device Was detected. Install a burning device and restart burning program

Will it burn stuff okay using windows native burning support? If not, go here and download the CD Gone utility. Next, uninstall your CD/DVD drive in Device Manager, run the utility, and reboot. Your drive will be re-installed, and should work properly, unless it has mechanical/firmware problems. This is a Registry patch program, and fixes a problem that frequently happens. HTH.

I use a nice little program called Audio Cleaning Lab by Magix. I usually get very good results, but sometimes, and increasingly, when I create the audio CD, the encoding goes haywire. It'll start out...

Id say its a driver or a hardware issue, I recently had a similiar problem with my soundcard, the sound would get worse and worse it was like you could hear raining from the soundcard. I had to switch to 4ch and back to 2ch to get the crackling and raining out. I haven't had the problem since I got new drivers for my sound card.

Id say there is noting wrong with the program, its most likely a driver or a hardware problem, try updateing your drivers and see what happens.

Thanks,
Ekse

Has anyone ever had the phython 1400xp cause the car to not start either by using the remote or bu just using your cars key? am having trouble with my 2004 Tahoe suddenly not starting trying either w

Properly installed remote starters rarely interfere with normal operation of a vehicle. There can sometimes be an issue with the security module that interfaces with the vehicle anti theft. Although rare it can be diagnosed easily. Most often is the vehicle security system components found to be degrading overtime causing intermittent issues. Passlock, passkey 123, pats, all have their own unique component failure issues.

Hello, I have owned a Roland V Studio 20 for around 8 months now and it had worked perfectly until about 3 weeks ago when songs that I had already recorded and played back fine suddenly started getting...

Kill all spyware and anti-virus programs and internet connections and wireless WHILE doing audio work. ALL these resource HOGS **** time from your processor and cause overuns of the buffers in your audio interface.

Do a control-alt-del to bring up the Windows task manager and look at what processes are running and sucking processing time. Even things that check for updates sit there and periodically grab processing power.

When burning CD's the same goes as well... during burns, the processor needs to be purged of these interrupting resource hogs.

In the last three weeks I have been continuously hit with updates from Adobe, MS, and Sun (Java) that interrupt and **** time, often at the most inappropriate times. These continous scanners for updates MAY be what are hitting you. Do any updates and then kill and disallow updates while doing your audio work.

DVD recording freezes up

Freezing like this is usually a sign of lack of memory.
Ensure all other programs are shut down.

Problems booting up--no access to toolbars, etc. on XP

Hi,

To resolve this issue, simple trick is, when it stands at the wallpaper without Start menu and Task bar, Press Alt + Ctrl + Del keys

Then select TaskManager.

In the Task manager, select Process Tab.

Under that select Windows Explorer process and select End

Again click on File menu in the same Window and select New Task.

Type Explorer.exe in the blank and click okay--OK

That should bring the complete screen.
