Question about HP Officejet 4355 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My HP 4355 shows that there is a paper jam. However, there is no paper at all. I have already checked carefully and followed every step provided at HP website but I still have the problem.
Any suggestion or solution? thanks

SOURCE: hp 4355 all in one
The paper movement mechanism may have some problem.
If not so the paper movement sensor in the inner part of left side is having the problem.
The timing wheel may be out of alignment or the sensors may have dust over them....
