The problem is with the toner....there is two way solution change toner or more economic way change the chip of your existing toner....the sharp copier tend to burn the toner chip.

When i print portion of it is blurred. i did change the black ink.

First of all this machin is not work by ink it is a toner driven machin. Ensure the waste toner tank is empty, then try again, if it is still the same problem you will ned to change the drum unit after it will work as new.

When we print or photocopy anything, the copy it produces is blurred even though the original image itself isn't. This has happened since we changed the maintence kit that an engineer suggested, but we are...

I'd need more information to be sure, but it sounds like you perhaps spilled some toner, or possibly touched the corona wire with your hands. (very bad idea - touching it with your hands as the oil from your skin will mess it up).

More information would be required to be more specific in fixing your problems.

Poor copy quality

there are 3 reason if the copy gray & less sharp:
1) the toner you are using is not compatible very well with the cartridge unit if you changed other compatible toner.
2) the cartridge going near the life-cycle, (also cause print blurred)
3) the photo drum going near the life-cycle
you may try to change the quality toner (original factory). or
change the cartridge if it is out of the life-cycle
