Generic problem for all TV Receivers and DVRs

the tv standard channels are ok but to run the dvd and digital channels, the picture rolls.I have done all the instrutions on the remote,yet it still rolling. I need help.

Apprenticethe problem was the a.v setting was wrong a phone call and directions through the setting solved it.
