Annoying message

hi can anyone help me how can i stop the message one moment please when i have my tomtom connected to my computor and operating my tom tom all is fine when i dissconect it and type in a address it asks for a crossing and saying one moment please of which stays there for hours if you leave it ... but if i try to navigate to a poi they are all there .... now if i connect to my computor again all is fine but when i disconect and try to navigate to a poi same old message but if i navigate to a addy all is fine ..it seems like one is cancelling the other ...............any suggestions please graham
